Yes! You can order any frame with non-prescription (plano) lenses, including blue light blocking options for screen protection.

Yes, we offer single vision, bifocal, and progressive lens options. Our progressive lenses use premium digital free-form technology for the widest field of vision.

Ordering & Prescriptions

During checkout, you'll use our easy 3-step prescription wizard. You can type in your Rx values manually, upload a photo of your prescription, or have us contact your eye doctor directly.

Most orders are crafted and shipped within 7–10 business days. Progressive lenses may take an additional 2–3 days due to the precision required.

Yes! We accept HSA and FSA payments. While we don't bill insurance directly, we provide itemized receipts you can submit to your vision insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

Shipping

Yes — every order ships free within the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail. International shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

We currently ship to the US and select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days.

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status in your MyLens account dashboard.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Simply email us at web@ridgefieldeye.com or call 203.403.3375 with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Yes! Within 30 days of delivery, you can exchange your frames for any other style. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.
